The MA in Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Kean University, in the New York City Metropolitan Area, is convening a master seminar on Thursday and Friday, April 10-11, for college and university seniors who are or have studied genocide in its many aspects. The seminar is also inviting course instructors and advisers to submit proposals. The two-day seminar, which will take place in the university’s Human Rights Institute, will feature an international scholar in residence from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Accepted papers will be published in an E-book anthologized by the MA in Holocaust and Genocide Studies program. Participants will be expected to cover travel and accommodation costs as well as a modest registration fee.
Submit a 250 word abstract by January 15 with your name or the names of the PI and other investigators, plus your college or university affiliation, to Rebecca Posna, assistant to the director, at email@example.com.
